Glow Yoga from Namastasia Yoga is here!

Get your friends together for a fun yoga class in our all-new black light studio. Yoga is fun for any occasion, we’ve hosted bachelorette parties, birthday parties, weekend getaways, work retreats and more! Our small groups are $20 per person and include yoga, glow sticks and we also have mats and blankets available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or any other props for your practice that will make you comfortable.

Dress comfortable- bright colors, neon, and white to maximize the black light glow with your outfit!
